Where do I sign up?

For the Oregon that existed in April, May, and June... you know, the 45 and rainy one?
It was 61 yesterday! What's with this (see below):

    West coast heat wave for the lose...it's even supposed to get up to 84 tomorrow in SF!

    DAMN, well now I don't feel so bad about it... if it's that hot in SFO at least I know it's just a heat wave, and that central valley summer is (as I thought it was) actually drawing to a close. Hopefully it will be cooler in the basin... ?
